Police said the man robbed the Chase Bank at 1200 N. State Parkway at 1:36 p.m. He passed a teller a note and did not display a weapon. Police said he fled with an unknown amount of cash.

The man last robbed two North Community Bank branches on Friday -- one at 1600 W. Chicago Avenue and another at 1555 N. Damen Ave., according to BanditTracker Chicago.

He's also robbed the following banks: Chase Bank at 1350 N. Wells on Dec. 30, 2011; PNC Bank at 4440 N. Broadway on Dec. 22, 2011; North Community Bank at 2335 N. Clark on Dec. 20, 2011; and the Chase Bank at 1700 N. Wells on Dec. 13, 2011

The suspect is black, about 5-foot-5 and 130 pounds, and is believed to be in his 20s or 30s.

Unconfirmed police dispatch reports on Monday indicated the man has a light complexion and light facial hair. He was wearing a black long-sleeved thermal crew neck shirt, stocking cap and grayish blue jeans with black gym shoes.

He was last seen heading west on Division Street, reports indicated.

He hasn't shown a weapon in any of the robberies and no injuries have been reported.

A reward is being offered and anyone with information should call the FBI at (312) 421-6700.
