Florio: Bears Not An Attractive Option For Coaches

(WSCR) Could the Bears be losing Mike Tice just a few weeks after he was hired as the offensive coordinator?

Reports indicate the Raiders are set to interview Tice for their head coaching position. If Tice leaves, the candidates for his replacement may be few and far between.

"Why would any assistant coach who has options want to work for the Bears right now when there is no GM?" Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk told The McNeil and Spiegel Show. "The perception is that Lovie Smith is on the hot seat. We saw what Jerry Angelo wanted to do when he became the GM -- that's get rid of Dick Juron at the first opportunity. It would've happened sooner if Juron didn't go 13-3 and take the team to the playoffs in Angelo's first year."
