(CBS) Blackhawks head coach Joel Quenneville said captain Jonathan Toews will miss Tuesday’s game against Nashville with the upper-body injury he suffered Saturday against the Predators.

Toews is also “not likely” to play in this weekend’s NHL All-Star Game, but Quenneville classified the injury as not serious and said the star center is day-to-day. By sitting out the All-Star Game, Toews will have nine full days to recover before the Blackhawks resume action against the Canucks in Vancouver Jan. 31.

The Blackhawks also said Patrick Sharp is still looking at a return after the All-Star break as well.

Corey Crawford will be in net against the Predators Tuesday at the United Center.
