(CBS) Patriots director of pro personnel Jason Licht returned to Halas Hall Thursday for his second interview with the Bears.
Licht and Phil Emery, the Kansas City Chiefs’ director of college scouting, are the two finalists for the Bears’ vacant general manager position.
Licht has 16 years of experience in the NFL. He has had two stints with the Patriots, the most recent starting in 2009. He also worked with the Eagles from 2003-2007 and was with the Arizona Cardinals when they went to the Super Bowl in 2008.
