(CBS) Matt Garza’s 2008 ALCS ring was stolen from his home in Fresno, Calif., according to the Fresno Bee.

The newspaper reports police are investigating the burglary, which occurred between Jan. 26-31. The ring is worth $30,000.

Garza was named ALCS MVP in 2008 as member of the Tampa Bay Rays. He beat the Boston Red Sox twice in the series.
