Motorist Dies After Heart Attack, Crashing Car On I-57

CHICAGO (STMW) - A 46-year-old man died Wednesday after suffering a heart attack and crashing his car Tuesday on Interstate 57.

While entering onto the northbound lanes of Interstate 57 at 167th Street, a man suffered a heart attack and crashed his car into a concrete barrier at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Illinois State Police District Chicago Master Sgt. Robert Satkiewicz said.

Christopher Seth, 46, of Tinley Park was pronounced dead at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn at 7:03 p.m. Wednesday, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.
