CHICAGO (CBS) — An alert has been issued for a 17-year-old Northwest Side girl who appeared confused when she was last seen almost two weeks ago.

Leslie Sinclair was last seen on Jan. 30, when she left her home in the 5000 block of West Lawrence Avenue in a “confused state of mind,” according to an alert from Grand Central Area Special Victims Unit detectives.

Police noted she has attempted suicide in the past. She frequents the Logan Square area.

She is described as white, 5-foot-9 and 155 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

She was wearing a black jacket with fur trim on the hood and tall pink rain boots when last seen, the alert said.
