Cops Seek 23-Year-Old Man In Bartlett Nightclub Shooting

BARTLETT, Ill. (STMW) -- A 23-year-old northwest suburban man is being sought by police in connection with a Sunday morning shooting that left hospitalized with a gunshot wound to the head following an argument in a Bartlett nightclub.

At about 3 a.m. Sunday, Bartlett police responded to the Cadillac Ranch at 1175 Lake St., where a man had been shot.

Responding officers found a man in his early 20s with a gunshot wound to back of the head. The Bartlett Fire Protection District treated the victim at the scene and a Flight for Life helicopter took him in critical condition to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, police said.

The victim, in his early 20s, remains in stable condition Monday, police said.

On Monday, police identified 23-year-old Reginald "Reggie" Myles of Elgin as a suspect in the shooting. Myles, who is not in police custody, is described as a 6-foot, 165-pound black man with brown eyes and brown hair.

Witnesses told police the victim was arguing with someone in the foyer of the Cadillac Ranch at the time of the shooting, but the nature of the argument was not known.

Anyone with information on Myles' whereabouts, or the shooting, should call Bartlett Police Investigations Unit at (630) 837-0846.
