South Side Rick called into Who Ya Crappin'? to bust out Jack Black's comments at the Grammys on Sunday.

"This crap goes out to the self-appointed arbiter of musical taste and fearless defender of indie rock, Jack Black. Just before introducing the Foo Fighter's outdoor concert at Sunday's Grammys, Jack gave us the following: 'Why isn't Jack from Tenacious D inside the Grammys with his fellow legends? Because unlike everyone else, I'm holding on to my indie cred. When you step into the Grammy room, you gotta check your indie cred at the door' Really, Jack? Does your contract with CBS for appearing at the Grams includes some sort of indie cred retention waiver, ditto for your voice-over work on such indie cinematic gems such as Kung Foo Panda and the equally-cutting edge Kung Foo Panda 2? Did you somehow sneak your precious indie rock cred past security in your previous Grammys appearances? I guess your indie rock cred was sufficiently solidified by your appearance last year at the season finale of American Idol. Come on, Jack. Face it. Despite your pompous posturing about indie cred, whatever that is, you're just another bloated-millionare-entertainment-industry whore. Jack Black, you tedious, self-important, self-aggrandizing pseudo hipster hipster gas bag, who ya crappin'?
