(WSCR) Finally, the streak is over.

With their win against the Rangers last night, the Blackhawks snapped their nine-game losing streaking. The team got off to a hot start and didn’t look back, as they scored all four of their goals in the first period.

“What a start to a game last night,” Blackhawks TV analyst Eddie Olczyk told The McNeil and Spiegel Show. “It’s something that the ‘Hawks have not had in this dreadful losing streak. The one thing I will say is there is something for making your breaks. They did that right off the bat last night. They pressured the puck. They won some battles. They got some fortunate bounces. … A lot of positive things that came out of last night’s game for sure.”
