McHENRY, Ill. (CBS) — Police in McHenry County are looking for someone who took advantage of two teens, who were themselves taking advantage of their parents by having a party when they were home alone recently.

As WBBM Newsradio’s Bernie Tafoya reports, McHenry County Sheriff’s police said two sisters, 15 and 18, threw a party without their parents’ permission while their parents were out of town on Feb. 11.

When it was over, about $25,000 in crash and about 100 Hydrocodone pills were missing, police said.

About 25 teens attended the party in the 800 block of Florence Street in unincorporated McHenry, police said.

Anyone with information on who took the money and drugs is asked to call McHenry County Sheriff’s police at (815) 338-2144.

Whether the girls had a party without permission is wrong , but that does’nt give someone probably one of thier so called friends to steal from them and thier parents ,kids now a days do not know how to act.Back in the day even though still wrong we had parties just like that with a lot more people but we would help our friends to clean up and not steal from our guest and friends , friendship and loyalty!!

OK, who keeps $20,000 & 100 pills in their house? Answer: Drug dealers. Only thing missing were the guns.
Second: Who keeps that much money and pills in their house and then goes away and lets their teenage daughters alone there. Answer: Stupid drug dealers.

Where is the investigation of the parents? If this was in Englewood the authorities would have already taken the kids away and arrested the parents for the cash and drugs that had been stolen.
