Zaidman: Bears Have No Idea When Knox Will Return

(WSCR) After a back injury ended Johnny Knox’s season early – and threatened his career – early reports indicated the wide receiver would be OK.

Now, however, it appears the Bears are uncertain when Knox will return to action.

After Lovie Smith’s first press conference in almost two months, The Score’s Zach Zaidman joined The McNeil and Spiegel Show to break it down.

“They have no idea when Johnny Knox is going to be able to play football again,” Zaidman said. “The belief is that Knox will be, at some point, able to resume his playing career, but they can’t give a timetable to when that’s going to happen.”
