Pitchfork Releases This Year's Festival Lineup

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Vampire Weekend and Fiest will be taking the stage in Union Park this summer, when the Pitchfork Music Festival kicks off in mid-July.

The festival is set for July 13-15 at Union Park, at Ashland Avenue and Lake Street on the city's near West Side. For 93XRT's full list of the lineup so far, CLICK HERE.

The Pitchfork Music Festival has been a staple of the summertime in Chicago since 2006, when Spoon and Yo La Tengo were among the headliners. Pitchfork also held another festival, called Intonation, in Union Park in 2005.

Fleet Foxes, tUnE-yArDs and Thurston Moore were among the headliners last year.

Iron & Wine, the Flaming Lips, Modest Mouse, Dinosaur Jr., and even Yoko Ono Lennon have performed at the festival in past years.
