The little girl, Dynasty Barcenas, was on the road with her family when their SUV was rear-ended. The vehicle went off the road and flipped over, according to the Wyoming Highway Patrol.

All eight passengers in the SUV were ejected – two of them adults, and the rest children. The conditions of the other passengers were not immediately learned.

Only the driver, Sourisack Sounthonevichith, 37, remained in the vehicle.

The other driver fled the scene, but police found him and arrested him a couple hours later. That driver, Daniel Rebarchek, 24, of Wheatland, Wyo., faces several charges – including aggravated vehicular homicide.
