Alleged Punching Victim Wants Marshall 'Held Criminally Accountable'

(CBS) The 24-year-old Harlem woman who alleges new Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall punched her in the face outside a Manhattan nightclub Sunday morning says she is having problems with her vision and wants Marshall "held criminally accountable."

Christin Myles, a former San Diego State basketball player, told the New York Daily News: "My eye still hurts. I still have problems with my vision."

Myles met with police Thursday in Manhattan and claims she did not know Marshall before the incident and did not provoke him.

Her high-profiled attorney, Sanford Rubenstein, escorted her to the police station and said: "She described to them in detail what happened on the street in front of the club when Brandon Marshall hauled back and punched her in the face, hitting her eye and causing her to be violently thrown to the ground."

Marshall insists he and his friends were not involved in the fight at the nightclub. His attorney says his wife was hit in the face with a bottle and "suffered serious injury". He said Marshall immediately took his wife to the hospital for treatment.
