CHICAGO (CBS) — Michael Jordan’s mansion and estate in Highland Park is no longer the only Jordan property up for sale.

As WBBM Newsradio’s Mike Krauser reports, ex-wife Juanita Jordan’s 8,000 square-foot penthouse condo in the high-rise at 1100 N. Lake Shore Dr. is up for sale for $5 million, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

The condo includes the 40th and 41st floors of the five and a half baths, a media room, a smoking room, and a rec room where Michael Jordan and his friends used to spend time, the Sun-Times reported. It also has a solarium and a deck on the roof, above the living area on the 40th floor, the newspaper reported.

Late last month, Michael Jordan and his family’s longtime home at 2700 Point Dr. in Highland Park went on the market for $29 million. The compound includes 56,000 square feet of space on three levels, including nine bedrooms, five fireplaces, and more than 15 bathrooms – along with an indoor basketball complex with its own entrance.

Michael and Juanita Jordan divorced in 2006.

In 2010, Jordan had an opulent new home constructed on Jack Nicklaus’ Bears Club development in Jupiter, Fla.
