CHICAGO (STMW) – The robbery Friday of a Northwest Side Albany Park bank branch was at least the 50th this year in the Chicago metropolitan area. In all of 2011 there were 115 bank robberies in the Chicago area, according to the FBI.

Friday’s bank robbery took place at the Albany Bank branch, 3400 W, Lawrence Ave., according to the FBI.

No weapon was shown in the robbery.

The robber was described as a black man, 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-9, between 40-50 years old, with brown hair and brown eyes. He reportedly was wearing a windbreaker jacket.

Anyone with information on the robbery is asked to call the FBI Chicago office, (312) 421-6700.

I used to live in that area back in the 70′s. Alot has changed since then. Less Whites now and more crime. Looks like its that way everywhere. When Whites started embracing liberalims ,solcialism and multi culturalism the race was doomed. Thank a liberal and democrat for today’s crime.

why don`t banks hire armed off duty police officers as security,surely a robber
