Some Near NATO Summit Site See Opportunity For Business

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A little over two weeks until the NATO summit is held in Chicago, and one of the businesses in the shadow of McCormick Place plans to not only be open but hopefully do well.

WBBM Newsradio's Bernie Tafoya reports, Papa John's Pizza is right on the corner of Cermak and Michigan.

Tabitha Jackson is general manager and plans to add staff during the event.

"I just think there's going to be a lot of people around, and they're going to end up getting hungry, and they're going to have to eat somewhere," she said.

Jackson knows there are going to be a lot of traffic and parking restrictions around her pizza place. That's why she says she'll rely a lot on delivery people on bikes.

Still, she doesn't know what to expect.

"It could be a bittersweet moment, could be good for the business or something might go wrong, you never know," Jackson said. "When you get a crowd of people, it's a toss-up."

In the end, she said with a laugh, "Who doesn't like pizza?"
