Two Injured When Car Hits CTA Bus In South Loop

CHICAGO (STMW) - Two people suffered minor injuries Saturday afternoon when the CTA bus they were on was struck by a car in the South Loop.

The accident happened in the 500 block of South State Street about 2:10 p.m., according to police News Affairs Officer Darryl Baety.

A car struck a CTA bus at that location and two passengers from the bus were taken to Rush Medical Center in good condition, Baety said.
