Woman Killed In Rollover Crash On Eisenhower Expressway
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A 40-year-old woman was killed in a rollover crash on the Eisenhower Expressway early Sunday morning.
Illinois State Police said, around 3:10 a.m. Sunday, a driver was ejected from her vehicle after losing control after striking the left wall, and then the right wall on the inbound Eisenhower near Racine Avenue.
The vehicle rolled over after hitting both walls. Police said the driver was not wearing a seat belt.
Police identified the victim as Tynita Bennett, 40, of Maywood.
She was pronounced dead at 3:50 a.m. at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County.
