The dealer handed over the marijuana, but the customer took it and ran without paying - jumping into a car with a driver who was waiting.

Police say the dealer jumped on the hood of the car and it sped off. The dealer ended up on the pavement and cracked his head, police said.

Woodstock police say the customer – John Kurchina, 22 – is charged with theft.

Kurchina's alleged getaway driver, 21-year-old Hanna Schacht, is charged with theft and failure to report an accident with injury, police said.
