CHICAGO (CBS) — A new weekly feature begins airing Saturday on Newsradio WBBM.
It’s called Eye on Pets and will feature tips from one of Chicago’s top veterinarians to help keep your pets healthy and happy.
The feature will air Saturdays at 11:52 a.m., 3:52 p.m. and 11:52 p.m. on Newsradio 780 and 105.9 FM.
Dr. Julia Georgesen, co-director of Blum Animal Hospital in Chicago, will speak with WBBM Newsradio’s Steve Grzanich, offering advice on a variety of weekly topics for all kinds of pets.
Blum is one of the city’s top animal hospitals and is annually voted the best by readers surveyed by The Chicago Reader.
The feature will also be posted weekly here on cbschicago.com.
The first installment will include advice for traveling with your pets.
In the coming weeks, the topics will cover flea treatments, helping your pets deal with fireworks, the benefits of pet microchips and much more.
