Report: Sandusky Expected To Take Stand As Witness
(CBS) Jerry Sandusky is expected to the take the stand as a final witness, according to CBS Radio News.
The former Penn State defensive coordinator is on trial for 51 counts of child sex abuse involving 10 alleged victims over a 15-year span. Since the trial began last week, it has been unclear whether or not the defense would call Sandusky to the stand to defend himself because the cross-examination from the prosecutors could be costly.
The defense is expected to rest Wednesday with closing arguments coming Thursday.
