Here’s your chance for a once-in-a-lifetime experience with CBS’ hit reality TV show “Survivor”!

CBS 2 Chicago will be hosting a “Survivor” casting call at Brookfield Zoo, 3300 Golf Road, Brookfield, IL 60513, Sunday, July 15 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. or up to the first 250 applicants.

You will have one minute on camera to creatively express why you should be considered for “Survivor.”

You must be 18 years or older at time of application (bring valid ID). You also must be a U.S. citizen, have a valid passport and live in the United States.
