MARENGO, Ill. (CBS) — The Jane Addams Memorial Tollway (I-90) was shut down in both directions in McHenry County Friday morning, following a serious crash.
As of 10:50 a.m., the tollway was shut down near the Marengo-Hampshire Toll Plaza.
Details of the crash and the resulting injuries were not immediately available, but a Medevac chopper was sent to the scene, thus necessitating the shutdown of the entire tollway.
It was not clear how long the tollway would be shut down.
