Ravinia has made lawn admissions to Chicago Symphony Orchestra concerts , and this coming Sunday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., Ravinia presents the Cannon Ball 2012, a free concert event.

Ravinia will record every student who shows and ID at the box office with a set number of points based on how far his or her school is from Ravinia. The school with the most points by the end of the CSO summer residency will win a cash prize for its music program.
