Man Shot In The Head On West Side
CHICAGO (STMW) - A man was shot in the head Wednesday night in the West Garfield Park neighborhood.
The man, believed to be in his 20s, was shot in the head about 7:55 p.m. in the 700 block of South Independence Boulevard, said police News Affairs Officer Daniel O'Brien, citing preliminary information.
Paramedics took the man in critical condition to Mount Sinai Hospital, police said.
Area North detectives are investigating.
