(WSCR) Admittedly, Minor League Baseball games can be boring and tend to drag.
That was anything but the case for the Daytona Cubs’ win over the Fort Myers Miracle last night. After a questionable call at first base, the organist played a non-lyrical version of “Three Blind Mice.”
After a few seconds, the home plate umpire ejected the organist – who happened to be an an intern named Derek Dye – and demanded that no more music be played for the rest of the game.
