Teen Shot In Hip On West Side
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A 17-year-old boy was shot early Sunday in the West Side Austin neighborhood.
The teenager was shot in the hip about 12:35 a.m. in the 5400 block of West Cortez Street, according to police News Affairs.
He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was listed in good condition early Sunday.
No one was in custody while Area North detectives continued to investigate the shooting.
