CHICAGO (CBS) – The Magnificent Mile condo where former Mayor Richard M. Daley moved shortly after leaving office is on the market.
The condo is in the Bloomingdale Building at 900 N. Michigan Av. Daley moved there with his late wife, Maggie, shortly after he left office in Mayo of last year.
JMB Realty confirmed the developer-owned luxury condo is being offered for sale, but there is no online listing for the unit, because bidders must qualify financially to even view the unit.
The unit is being listed for $2.725 million, and JMB representatives said they want to make sure only serious buyers have access to view the unit.
The luxury condo has three bedrooms. Daley moved out in June.
