(WSCR) Well, this is no rant against Mark Wegner, but it’s still classic Hawk.
During the third inning of the White Sox-Mariners game on Saturday, both A.J. Pierzynski and manager Robin Ventura were ejected after arguing a call from home plate umpire Lance Barrett.
After the dual ejection, White Sox TV play-by-play man Ken ‘The Hawk’ Harrelson went into a 90-second rant against the umpire. This is Hawk’s second notable rant this season. The first, which was spurred by Wegner’s ejection of Jose Quintana, resulted in a call from the commissioner’s office.
