Report: Scalabrine Turns Down Bulls Coaching Offer

(CBS) According to a report from Yahoo! Sports’ Adrian Wojnarowski, former Bulls forward Brian Scalabrine has turn down the team’s assistant coaching offer.

Wojnarowski tweeted that Scalabrine will instead call games for Comcast Sports New England this season. He’ll do color analysis for 11 Celtics games, as well as some studio work.

Scalabrine also said he won’t officially retire, but playing opportunities are scarce.
