(WSCR) If one thing is certain, it’s that Franco Harris isn’t giving up.

The Super Bowl winning running back and loyal Penn Stater reportedly grabbed the microphone and began speaking today at a Penn State Board of Trustees meeting.

Harris, however, was not a register speaker at the meeting and was repeatedly asked to sit down by board chair Karen Peetz. A passionate Harris would not stop ranting about the validity of The Freeh Report and the innocence of Joe Paterno.

Eventually, his microphone was cut off.
