(WSCR) Former Cubs All-Star Mark Grace could be facing an aggravated DUI charge stemming from his arrest in Arizona last month.
According to a report, Arizona police have filed for an upgraded charge for the DUI arrest to the county attorney’s office.
This is Grace’s second DUI arrest in Scottsdale in less than 15 months.
The Arizona Diamondbacks TV analyst was driving on a suspended license from his previous DUI. He also did not have a required interlock ignition device. Those two offenses call for an upgraded charge.
