Cubs To Host Kerry Wood Appreciation Day
(WSCR) Roughly four months after Kerry Wood's retirement, the Cubs will host a Kerry Wood Appreciation Day.
Fans can head to Wrigley Field this Sunday, Sept. 23 for a pregame ceremony prior to the club's 1:20 pm game against the Cardinals.
The first 20,000 fans who enter the ballpark will receive a commemorative Kerry Wood poster.
