(WSCR) Well, here’s an interesting attempt to fix the ineptitude of the replacement officials.

In the wake of the Packers’ loss Monday due to a miscall by the refs, one Green Bay eye doctor is offering free lasik eye surgery to any replacement official.

“The referees obviously had some vision issues,” Dr. Christopher Smith said. “So we decided that we could help them with that.”

There is a caveat, however. Smith said that if an official were to take him up on his offer, he and his staff would sit the official down and discuss the rules of football and how to make tough decisions.
