Report: NHL To Cancel Remaining Preseason Games

According to a tweet from Sportsnet’s John Shannon, the NHL is expected to announce the official cancellation of the remainder of the NHL Preseason.

While this shouldn’t come as a shock to anyone, it’s just another punch to the gut of the few hockey fans still holding out hope for a full season. Even the most optimistic handicappers don’t think a game will be played until Thanksgiving. Many…too many for my liking…believe there may not be a season at all.
