CHICAGO (CBS) — A Naperville man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison after admitting he had sexual contact with a girl under the age of 13.
Thad W. Sugay, 23, of the 1200 block of Chickory Lane, Naperville, was sentenced to 15 years in prison in exchange for a guilty plea to one count of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child.
Between October 2008 and April 2010, Sugay had sexual contact with a young girl he knew when he lived with the girl’s family in another suburb.
The girl was younger than 13 years old at the time of the contact.
Sugay must serve at least 85 percent of the sentence.
Upon his release from prison, Sugay must register for life as a sex offender.
