Expert Picks: Unanimous Again, Bears To Beat Jaguars Easily

(CBS)Every week during the Bears season, our experts from 670 The Score, CBS2 and WBBM Newsradio 780 & 105.9 FM will provide their weekly picks for the Bears game. For the third time this season, the group is in complete agreement:

Brian Hanley Dan McNeil Terry Boers
Bears 24, Jaguars 23 Bears 33, Jaguars 16 Bears 30, Jaguars 10
Trap game for the Bears. Lands between feel-good win at Dallas and the bye week. They will find way to win, but won't cover the six-point spread. I can't find a contrarian! It's a blowout. Bears should run away and hide if they just do a reasonable job on Maurice Jones-Drew. The Chicago running game should get healthy. I could have been cut down in the prime of my life when I last visited Jacksonville. OK, I might not have been my prime, but you get the picture. The Bears can't lose to this pile of teal crap, right? Now shoot that arrow skyward.

This one may not be as pretty as Monday night but should be as easy. Jaguars can play a little defense but are terrible on offense, so let's call this 23–6 Bears. Easy to be over confident after the rout in Dallas. The Bears will have to battle until the third quarter when the offense will score to get some room. 4-1. The Jags hit their scoring average via three field goals and an MJD score. The Bears methodically take more steps forward on offense, as Cutler remains mistake-free for a second straight week.

Jaguars' young defense is underrated, but I think the Bears are able to churn out a Rams-like win. With Gabbert and the iffy offense of Jacksonville, I look for Bears "D" to eat well again. Perfect rookie overreaction game (Shea McCLellin). The Bears offense will build off of its MNF performance as the defense continues to look sharp in an easy win for Lovie's team. The Jaguars' defense is underrated and the Bears' offense wasn't as good in Dallas as the scoreboard showed. Still, Jacksonville won't be able to put the ball in the end zone more than once.

Ryan Baker Megan Mawicke Josh Liss
Bears 28, Jaguars 10 Bears 24, Jaguars 13 Bears 27, Jaguars 12
The Jaguars have an elite running back in MJD -- the best the Bears have seen so far -- but not much else. Make it back to back road wins as the Bears roll. The Bears stingy and enterprising defense will dominate a struggling Jaguars offense. Jay Cutler throws throws touchdowns, has no interceptions, no bumps and no coach snubs. Slim chance Maurice Jones Drew runs wild. Only a bad offensive game plan will unhinge the visitors. Both teams beat Indianapolis -- Bears by 20, Jags by 5 -- so, Bears by 15.
