(WSCR) With Hurricane Sandy looming, the NFL has pushed the trade deadline back to Thursday at 4 p.m. ET.

The original deadline was 4 p.m. ET on Tuesday.

NFL.com reports multiple teams have shut down operations for Monday. The NFL offices are also closed Monday and Tuesday, which would have slowed down the completion of any pending deals.
