(WSCR) According to a report, former White Sox catcher and Hall of Famer Carlton Fisk may lose his driver’s license for a year after refusing to take a blood alcohol test following his October DUI arrest.

Fisk’s attorney appear in court Thursday and filed motions to fight the license suspension and suppress evidence.

The 64-year-old Fisk was arrested after police found him asleep at the wheel in a cornfield with an open bottle of vodka in the car.
