We hadn’t either. But a quick Google search shows that it’s the rather uncommon psychological fear of horses.

Enter, Kansas City Chiefs safety Eric Berry.

During the Chiefs-Raiders game, a Kansas City cheerleader rode around the perimeter of the field on a horse, causing Berry, an equinophobiac, to freak out.

“I don’t mess with horses, bro,” Berry exclaimed.

The 23-year-old safety even refused to take the field until the horse left.
