(WSCR) Do you remember the Browns fan named Phil who earned $450 for dunking his head in a bucket full of urine during a tailgate in Cleveland?
Well, it turns out Phil is actually a police officer in Ohio – and his department is none too happy with his antics, which were caught on tape and spread around YouTube.
According to a report, Phil has been suspended by the Mentor, Ohio Police Department for two days and will have to undergo an alcohol evaluation.
Oh yeah, and the guys who were cheering Phil on were also police officers. They, too, have received official reprimands.
