CHICAGO (STMW) — A suspect is in custody after a man was fatally stabbed early Wednesday at his home on the Northwest Side, authorities said.
Raymond Ogara, in his 40s, was fatally stabbed about 1:20 a.m. in the 5400 block of North Natoma Avenue, according to police and the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office. He was dead on the scene.
He and another man were involved in a drunken argument when he was stabbed, police said. The two men do not appear to be related in the incident, which police described as domestic-related.
One person was in custody early Wednesday, but no charges had been filed as of late Wednesday afternoon, police said.
Area North detectives are investigating.
