(WSCR) According to a report from the Sun-Times, the NFL has fined Vikings defense end Jared Allen $21,000 for his hit on Lance Louis in Sunday’s game.
After a Jay Cutler interception, Allen blindsided Louis. Though the hit did not result in a flag, Louis left the game and did not return.
It was later learned Louis was lost for the season with a knee injury.
The Bears re-match the Vikings on Dec. 9 in Minnesota.
