Bonnie’s Baby Back Bites

Ingredients: (makes approx 36 “bites”)
3 full slabs of baby back ribs
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon dehydrated onions
1 tablespoon garlic
Jack Daniels BBQ sauce (apply to both sides generously)
Fresh French bread
Butter

Directions:
1. Take 3 full slabs of babyback ribs & cut in half lengthwise
2.Make special rub with 7 spices (1 tablespoon each) paprika, chili powder, sugar, salt, red pepper, dehydrated onion & garlic
3. Rub ribs with special rub equally
4. Put in Ziploc baggies & refrigerate overnight
5. Light coals & cook for 1 hour on each side-indirect heat
6. Cut each rib from the 6 (1/2) slabs and put in crock pot on low with Jack Daniels BBQ sauce for 2 hours
7. Serve with fresh French bread & butter
