Chris Berman on Sunday night when talking about San Francisco and New Orleans said, ‘The 49ers, like a cobra, kinda just wrap themselves around you…’ Berman may be many things, including, but not limited to, a purveyor of idiocy, a frequent hypocrite and an insufferable asshat, but one thing he’s not is a herpetologist. Cobras are venomous snakes – they kill their prey by biting them and injecting toxins into their system. Some species can spit that venom toward the eyes of a creature to blind it. What they are not, are constrictors, like pythons, anacondas and many others species of snakes. Chris Berman, who ya crappin’?
