Jabari Parker Verbally Commits To Duke

CHICAGO (CBS) Simeon forward Jabari Parker verbally committed to Duke Thursday.

Parker made the decision in front of a large crowd at Simeon Career Academy in Chicago.

The 6-foot-8 forward is widely regarded as either the best or second-best recruit in the country. He was debating between Duke, Michigan State, BYU, Florida and Stanford.

Parker is currently nursing a right foot injury and has been limited this season.
