(CBS) The former stepson of White Sox Executive Vice President Kenny Williams has been charged in connection with an alleged attack on a women early Saturday morning, the Sun-Times reports.

Dedrick Williams, 30, has been charged with criminal sexual assault and unlawful restraint, according to the report. He is expected to appear in court Monday.

The alleged attacked took place at the Palmer House Hotel in Chicago.

Kenny Williams said he has not been in contact with Dedrick for “a couple of years” and was unaware of any charges.

“I hope the best for all of them,” he told the newspaper. “That’s too bad.”
