CHICAGO (CBS) – As Bears General Manager Phil Emery got to the end of his exhaustive coaching search, it became obvious that Marc Trestman was “clearly our guy.”
Emery told WBBM Newsradio’s Josh Liss that his new coach is “highly organized” and “extremely intelligent” who has grown has a head coach in the Canadian Football League after many seasons as an assistant coach in the NFL.
“It’s about the best leader for our team,” Emery said.
